Return policy

La Palette offers a 14-day return policy. Any unwanted items must be shipped within 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel. Please use a traceable shipping service or purchase a shipping guarantee. La Palette is not responsible for damaging, theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
To return or exchange items, you must request a return authorization by logging into your account on www.lapalettedenim.com. Then, use the enclosed shipping label to send any items back to us. Please note: the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels and tags shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

Exchanges

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different color or size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise. Please note that our stock can fluctuate, so check in advance to make sure we have your required size / color. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.lapalettedenim.com.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or as store credit to your online account. If the complete order is returned a refund will include La Palette shipping costs. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to La Palette within 14 days after receiving the parcel, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

Sale

Please note that orders placed during sale or any orders with discount can not be returned or refunded.

La Palette quality guarantee

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Depending on the purchase date, cause and seriousness of the defect we will determine the proper solution: new product, refund or account credit.
